40 acre horse farm in beautiful Bull Valley/Woodstock area. Formerly know as "Even odds farm". Boarding, training, lessons, sales, and showing. Lessons beginner through advanced on your horse our ours. Nice selection of quality lessons horses. Instructors Nell Tekampe and Jill Heisler. Lessons in western, english, jumping, dressage, showing, driving, groundwork, and showmanship. Riders boarding at other facilities or at home are welcome to haul their own horses in for lessons. Our show team travels to local, regional, and national events, open to all level riders from the serious competitor to those just learning to show.
Training from groundwork to finished show horses. Western pleasure, hunter under saddle, showmanship, trail, and driving. Give your youngster the right foundation or tune up your finished mount. Show services, training, and coaching available at all the shows we attend. We can also help you with the sale of your horse or assist you in finding a new one!
Barns are climate controlled. Heated in the winter and fans above every stall in the summer with bug control system throughout. Arenas are also climate controlled with heat and fans. Stereo system in arenas and barns. Top quality hay and grain (Nutrina Safe choice). 3 feedings daily. Open to boarders 7 days a week. Turnout 6 days a week. Stalls cleaned 7 days a week. Water buckets disinfected weekly.

-Outdoor arena is 150 X 300 with great footing dragged daily
-Stalls 11 X 14, 11 X 15, 11 X 11, and 12 X 12 some with windows. In the main barn all stalls have double doors that horses can hang their heads out or close full door.
-Two hot water wash racks
-Large remodeled tack rooms with storage cabinets
-New viewing area/club room for students and boarders with TV and bathrooms
-Seating area in arena for parents and students to watch.
-Group and individual turnout. Large grass pastures (weather permitting) with run-in sheds and automatic waterers. Eight all weather turnouts.
-Free trailer parking (limited availability)
-Short trail around the perimeter of the property which can be ridden year round.
-Half mile from trail head of Bull Valley Trail system with 80 miles of trails. Must be a member and have consent of Bull Valley Riding Club.
-Friendly, courteous, and professional staff.
Rates:
Boarding- $650 and $600 a month
Training-$25 a training ride. Full time training $125 a week.
Lessons-1/2 hr private $45. 1 hr private $65. Semi-private $35 (1/2hr) and $45(1hr) per rider. Group $30 hour.
